Goldeneye 007 for Wii Rocks
I’m loving this new 007 game - it’s sort of a reboot of the N64 Goldeneye. (If you played that, you know it was one of the best games of all time. If you didn’t, you can stop reading now.)
I haven’t really liked any first-person shooters since the first Halo, so it’s nice to have one again that’s fun.
It’s also interesting to play levels that are reminiscent of the original ones. I played that game until I was blue in the face, so I knew the rooms pretty well. Here there’re largely there, but bigger, and more detailed.
And the guns make really loud noise! It’s like gun porn!
So far I’ve only played it with my Gamecube controller, not the Wii remote. But I’m dragging out playing it so I can savor. Guess I’ll do that after I finish it.
